双色注塑产品 two shot molding part

所谓的双色注塑成型,是指将两种不同色泽的塑料注入同一模具的成型。也就是同一个塑料产品上面有2种颜色,并能使注塑件呈有规则的团或呜规则的云纹状花色,以提高注塑件的实用使和美观性。
以下面的产品举例来说:这是本公司生产的一款压力表外壳
首先是开双色模通过双色注塑机进行注塑,模具的后模为2个,前模也有2个。2个前模结构基本一样。注塑机后模安装部位平行安装2个后模,前模安装部位安装2个前模。双色注塑机有2个射咀,配套2个干燥机,2种注塑材料。在第一次合模生产后,后模出现图片上的黑色本体,模具开模后,后模旋转180°,也就是2个后面位置对调。第二次合模生产后,紫色材料射进模腔,裹住了黑色本体。开模后,就可以看到有2种颜色的压力表外壳了。

当然也有例外,由于双色注塑机比较贵,很多公司用了其它方法。同样的模具要开2套,先利用一般的注塑机,将黑色的本体生产出来,然后再将产品放到另外一套模具里注塑紫色材料。这样。产品出来后也是双色的,这个属于二次成型。

设计塑料制品时,应首先选定工程塑料材料,而能进行精密注塑的工程塑料又必须选用力学性能高、尺寸稳定、抗蠕变性能好、耐环境应力开裂的材料。其次应根据所选择的塑料材料、成品尺寸精度、件重、质量要求以及预想的模具结构选用适用的注塑机。在加工过程中,影响精密注塑制品的因素主要来自模具的温度、注塑工艺控制,以及生产现场的环境温度和湿度变化幅度及后天产品退火处理等方面。

就精密注塑而言,模具是用以取得符合质量要求的精密塑料制品的关键之一,精密注塑用的模具应切实符合制品尺寸、精度及形状的要求,模具材料应严格选取。但即使模具的精度、尺寸一致,其模塑的塑料制品之实际尺寸也会因收缩量差异而不一致。因此,有效地控制塑料制品的收缩率在精密注塑技术中显得十分重要。
